Prannav Khanna is a Chartered Accountant and Co-founder of Sattvacore, where he leads strategic advisory, tax planning, and compliance operations across India, Singapore, and the United States. Since qualifying as a CA in his first attempt in 2017, Prannav has built a growing practice focused on delivering practical, tech-enabled solutions to businesses in sectors such as finance, retail, healthcare, and logistics.
His core expertise spans company incorporation, GST and tax compliance, virtual CFO services, and end-to-end business structuring. At Sattvacore, he is known for combining domain depth with grounded leadership guiding startups, SMEs, and founders through critical financial decisions.
In addition to his professional journey, Prannav is a former Delhi U-16 cricketer, mentor to Punjab’s U-19 state team, and executive member of the Punjab Cricket Association. He also serves on key Delhi Government committees and holds the position of Secretary in the Delhi State Trade Wing.
Sonam Chhabra is a Chartered Accountant and Co-founder at Sattvacore, where she leads the firm’s global accounting, tax compliance, and financial advisory practice. With over 12 years of experience including a strong foundation at PwC in Corporate and International Tax Sonam brings deep technical expertise and global perspective to every client engagement.
She is also a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) authorised to represent taxpayers before the IRS, making her a go-to advisor for cross-border tax matters and U.S. regulatory compliance. Her core strengths lie in international taxation, entity structuring, GST advisory, and automation of compliance workflows.
At Sattvacore, Sonam partners with startups, founders, and growing businesses to streamline financial systems, reduce risk, and drive strategic growth. She is also a content-driven voice in finance simplifying complex tax topics for a broad audience through digital platforms.
Off the clock, Sonam blends her analytical mind with creative energy, an avid singer and storyteller who brings clarity, warmth, and relatability to both numbers and narratives.
Joseph Reeve is a Partner in Reeve CPA’s assurance practice and is also a is a licensed CPA in New York. Joseph provides audit, compliance & consulting services to a variety of industries. Prior to founding Reeve CPA, Joseph worked in public accounting for 8 years with Anderson in the field of assurance and as a forensic accountant. His passion to develop CPA community made him an ongoing advisor to a CPA review course in NY. Joseph has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University. He is a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
